I spent my weekend watching top athletes compete for the title of The Fittest Man/Woman on Earth. Sweat was poured on the floor, blood was exposed on equipment, and hearts were tested over and over again.
It was, AMAZING!

Hi everyone! We’re hoping for your support for the Mission: Small Business contest. The $250K grant will help us grow our business and give back to San Diego for more years to come!
Since 2007, The Stronghold has been serving the San Diego community. Every year we try our best to give back as much as we can to San Diego schools and other community organizations. We also host the Rock Church Jiu Jitsu ministry once a week where men and women are able to train and fellowship. In 2011, we were able to start The Stronghold Kids Jiu Jitsu Program that provides families with financial hardships a chance for the kids to train Jiu Jitsu. We hope to grow our program more in the near future. We truly believe that small businesses are the backbone of our economy and we always strive to support local businesses and establish good relationships with other business owners.
